TASTING NOTES
-
THE NOSE
A sun-kissed champagne, dressed in a golden robe with hints of rosy gold. It shines, it sets the tone. On the nose, the Pinot Noir’s fruity backbone gently takes the lead: ripe red fruits, nearly candied, evoking an Italian summer market at full bloom. Mamma mia, what a nose!

PALATE
Generosity speaks loud and clear: powerful, flavorful, it unfolds round and luscious aromas. The chalky soils of Vertus add a delicate floral note, a graceful wink to violet. It’s indulgent, it’s warm... and it calls for a second glass, obviously.
